Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days — from $9.95 AUD
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — from $14.95 AUD
• Free Shipping: On orders over $100 AUD (standard delivery)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post or courier service schedules. Remote and regional areas may experience longer delivery times.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping may be available in the future. Please contact us if you have a specific enquiry.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused and in its original packaging
• In the same condition as when you received it
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
